    Runs our engineering team in London. Sets the architecture and reviews everything that ships to make sure it's scalable and compliant. He won't hand over a system he wouldn't be happy to still be running in three years.

    Embeds himself in the business from the start and stays there after delivery. Makes sure the team is using the system properly, getting the benefit they were promised, and that the partnership is still working.

HOW WE WORK

Our principles

  • Outcomes first.

    We agree the number we're moving before we write a line of code.

  • Inside the business.

    We sit with the underwriter, the property manager, the surveyor. The system fits how they work, not how a template says they should.

  • Honest or nothing.

    If we don't think we can move the number, we'll tell you. No project for the sake of the project.

We build when there's a clear ROI. We say no when there isn't.
